The Godin XTSA has a Piezo acoustic pick-up and a synth pick-up for use with a midi synthesiser.
For vocals, when gigging all the effects and harmonies come from the Digitech Vocalist Live 2.
A demonstration of this unit in use is available on the media page.
The Boss GT10 multi- effects unit is connected to the effects loop in the Blackstar amplifier. All my guitar effects come from this unit.
My boost pedal is connected to the GT10's control pedal 3/4 input, it is used to raise the volume of the guitar when playing lead.
I have now upgraded from the Digitech Vocalist Live 2 foot pedal unit to the Digitech Vocalist Live Pro rack mount vocal harmoniser.
With it's Lexicon reverb and up to four, instead of two additional harmonies available, it produces a superior quality of sound, with more options.
My vocalist Live Pro can be programmed with additional effects, such as delays and voice changing patches.
I use an external foot pedal to turn the voice harmonies on and off and change between different patches.
Stay tuned for a demonstration of this unit.
I use the Blackstar S145 combo amplifier, with EL34B valves and Celestion Speakers.
The Ibanez JS 100 has custom installed Lace Alumitone 'Deathbucker' pick-ups.
